Purpose for processing your dataThe main purpose for which we process your personal data is to provide you with services that you request from us. We will also process personal data for other purposes, such as marketing (where you have consented). We will only ever keep your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which we initially acquired that personal data.

Our legal basis.In order to provide you with our services (financial planning advice and arrangement of transactions) it is necessary for us to collect and process your personal data.We are required, therefore, to inform you of the legal bases for processing your personal data. Mortgage Lenders (for the purpose of obtaining a mortgage)

If we transfer personal data to a third party or outside the EU we as the data controller will ensure the recipient (processor or another controller) has provided the appropriate safeguards and on condition that enforceable data subject rights and effective legal remedies for you the data subject are available.
